But the best part of this business is its owner, Moshe Hakemolo, who gets what being a small-business owner in Hawaii is all about. He truly is a consummate professional who knows how to make each customer feel as comfortable as possible. In my field, I come into contact and interview many business people throughout Hawaii and beyond, and I can see when a business owner truly understands the crucial customer-first approach. Jewelry buying can be a nerve-racking experience, but from when we first booked an appointment to the time I received the engagement ring (which was absolutely spectacular and exceeded my expectations), Mr. Hakemolo made sure we were treated as if we were his only customers.
