1) the style you’re interested in making
2) your budget
3) your timeline (due date)
We’ll have some e-mail back and forth to get to know you and what you’re looking to create. When we’ve got a clear idea of your project, and it looks like we’re a good fit, the Diamond Guy will schedule a time for you to come in, write your order, and get your deposit placed!
We schedule this appointment about 6-8 weeks before your due date but we can accommodate some rush orders.
Our clients place a deposit of 1/2 of the agreed upon total at the time of their in-office order placement. The other half is due upon pick up of the ring. I’m sorry we do not offer financing at this time.
Our focus is on quality, so we only accept a small number of projects at any given time. Your deposit holds your place on our roster and secures your stone. We do not recommend to schedule your in-office consultation until you are ready to possibly place a deposit, since we are unable to hold stones or reserve spots on our roster without one.

Contact us with your information to get started. The Diamond Guy can do your consultation through e-mail or phone call and you can wire your deposit to us. Once your item is done, we’ll send you a few photos and you can send us the final payment before shipping! Shipping is insured and safe and you can always mail the item back to us for repairs. But if you ever do come to Hawaii, please let us know, we’d love to say thank you in person!
Because all of our items are custom made, and no two diamonds are alike, we cannot say that your ring will cost the same as anyone else’s. This is why we start with YOUR budget, and work from there!
Generally speaking, our wedding bands start at $1,600 and go up from there, and engagement rings start at about $5,000 and up (unless approved by the owner otherwise). As master jewelers, we have created award winning rings for $100,000 and above as well, sky’s the limit!

Every item is custom made so we don’t have anything in stock for you to browse or handle. Typically we are your last stop on your journey, when you’ve done your research and have a few solid ideas of what you’re looking to make.
If you’re just getting started – we might recommend to do some window shopping at the mall to get some ideas and get familiar with ring styles, diamond shapes, sizes, and retail prices.
Yes! We have many clients who have heirloom rings or old settings who are looking to create a completely new look. We can use your center stone and design a new setting for you. If you are looking to sell your center stone and get something larger – please give us a call for more information.
Yes to both! We can design luxury custom earrings, necklaces, bracelets and more! We have also created gorgeous rings incorporating sapphires, emeralds and other gemstones. Send us an email with what you have in mind.

Yes! We can do paper appraisals for insurance purposes or simply for evaluation. If you are just looking to find out more about your item and don’t need a document, we can do verbal appraisals as well, please give us a call for pricing and for more information.
