Moshe and team created the perfect engagement and wedding ring for our special occasion. I initially brought a design in for him to recreate. He not only did that but improved upon it. Our experience with Moshe was fantastic from start to finish. He makes sure to set aside the time needed to give the one on one attention. He sincerely cares about the specific needs of his clients - he is a great listener. He knows this business extremely well and has very high standards. He made some suggestions design wise that he felt would work best with my Fiancee - and she could not love the end product more. After I proposed and the ring needed some slight size adjustment he went out of his way to make sure it got done as quickly as possible - his customer service hat is always on. The Diamond Guy Hawaii was incredible to work with! After traveling to Tahiti last year I brought home a pearl which my fiance had fallen in love with. Can’t imagine going to any other jeweler, let alone another jewelery company. With Moshe you get the one to one personable experience. Each ring is created for you, nothing like those jewelry stores where I see at least 20+ girls with the same exact ring style!! Moshe is always on top of everything- excellent communication skills and customer service. Moshe created the most perfect ring. It was more than I could have ever imagine. Amazing service, incredible attention to detail, and a finished product that you simply won't find anywhere else for the price and jaw-dropping quality.
